
Canadian Bacon Sliders

These Canadian Bacon Sliders are the ultimate crowd-pleasing breakfast or brunch option. Ingredients

| 1/3 cup | milk |
| 1/2 teaspoon | kosher salt |
| 1/4 teaspoon | black pepper |
| 2 tablespoon | butter |
| 12 | Hawaiian rolls, sliced in half |

| 6 | thick slices Colby Jack cheese, cut in half |
| 1 tablespoon | butter, melted |

Preheat oven to 350˚F.

In large bowl beat eggs with milk, salt and pepper. In large skillet over medium heat, melt butter. Pour eggs into skillet and scramble until just firm. Remove from heat and set aside.

On greased baking sheet, place bottoms of sliced rolls. Evenly distribute scrambled eggs to cover each roll. Place one slice of Canadian Bacon on each slider then top with a 1/2 slice cheese. Top with remaining roll and brush with melted butter.

Bake for 5 to 10 minutes, or until cheese is melted.
