

Canadian Bacon Sliders
Great for Brunch, Parties, or Tailgates
These Canadian Bacon Sliders are the ultimate crowd-pleasing breakfast or brunch option. Fluffy scrambled eggs, melty Colby Jack cheese, and savory Jones Dairy Farm Canadian Bacon are layered inside sweet Hawaiian rolls, then baked until warm and golden. Easy to assemble and even easier to enjoy, they’re perfect for family gatherings, tailgates, or a make-ahead weekday breakfast.
Ingredients
- 15 eggs
- 1/3 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 2 tablespoon butter
- 12 Hawaiian rolls, sliced in half
- 12 slices Jones Dairy Farm Canadian Bacon
- 6 thick slices Colby Jack cheese, cut in half
- 1 tablespoon butter, melted
Directions
Preheat oven to 350˚F.
In large bowl beat eggs with milk, salt and pepper. In large skillet over medium heat, melt butter. Pour eggs into skillet and scramble until just firm. Remove from heat and set aside.
On greased baking sheet, place bottoms of sliced rolls. Evenly distribute scrambled eggs to cover each roll. Place one slice of Canadian Bacon on each slider then top with a 1/2 slice cheese. Top with remaining roll and brush with melted butter.
Bake for 5 to 10 minutes, or until cheese is melted.
