

Hawaiian Pizza Sliders

Hawaiian Pizza, Slider Format — Ready to Convert the Skeptics
These Hawaiian Pizza Sliders layer pizza sauce, melted mozzarella, Jones Canadian Bacon, and sweet pineapple on soft Hawaiian rolls, then brush the tops with a garlic parmesan butter glaze and bake until golden and bubbling. Twelve sliders, one pan, 30 minutes — the sweet-savory combination that converts even the pineapple skeptics.
Ingredients
- 12 Hawaiian slider rolls
- 1 cup pizza sauce
- 9 slices mozzarella cheese
- 3/4 cup pineapple, chopped
- 4 tablespoons butter, melted
- 2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon fresh minced parsley
- 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
Directions
Heat oven to 350°F.
Slice Hawaiian rolls in half. Top bottom of rolls with pizza sauce. Layer on mozzarella cheese, Canadian Bacon and pineapple. Place tops of rolls on sliders.
Mix butter, parmesan cheese, parsley and garlic in a small bowl. Brush on tops of sliders.
Bake for 15 minutes. Let cool 5 minutes before serving.
