
Meat Lovers Quiche
Packed with Canadian Bacon, smoked ham and savory breakfast sausage, this hearty quiche takes just 15 minutes to prep.

Ingredients
1 | Single Crust Pie Dough (homemade or store bought) |
6 | Large Eggs, well beaten |
1/2 cup | Milk |
1/2 teaspoon | Salt |
1/4 teaspoon | Black Pepper |
1 | Small Red Onion, diced and sautéed |
4 slices | Jones Dairy Farm Canadian Bacon, chopped |
1/2 cup | |
1 cup | |
1 cup | Shredded Cheddar Cheese |

Directions

Preheat oven to 425˚F.

Press dough into deep dish pie plate, pork fork holes into crust and bake for 10 minutes. Remove crust from oven and set aside. Turn oven down to 350˚F.

While pie crust bakes, whisk together eggs, milk, salt and pepper.

In cooked pie crust layer sautéed onions, Canadian Bacon, ham, sausage and cheese. Pour egg mixture over top.

Bake for 50-55 minutes or until center is set and toothpick comes out clean. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
