Sheet Pan Eggs with Sausage
Recipe by Yummy Toddler Food.
The Hands-Off Way to Make Eggs for a Crowd
Whisk eggs with milk, top with Jones sausage, cheddar, and your choice of vegetables, and bake on a single sheet pan until set. Perfect for holiday brunch, weekly meal prep, or building a batch of breakfast sandwiches all at once.
Ingredients
- 12 eggs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 package Jones Dairy Farm Golden Brown All Natural Sausage Links, fully cooked and warmed
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Directions
Heat oven to 350°F. Grease a rimmed quarter sheet pan with nonstick or olive oil spray, add a piece of parchment paper and press into, and coat again with nonstick spray. This ensures the baked eggs release easily at the end of baking.
Whisk the eggs and milk in a large bowl. Pour into the prepared baking pan.
Scatter the cheese, veggies, and sausage on top. Season with salt and pepper.
Bake for 16-22 minutes, or until the center is set when you touch it lightly with your finger. Let cool just slightly, use the parchment paper to lift out onto a cutting board if desired, and cut to serve.
