Appetizer Ideas for Braunschweiger
Braunschweiger can be an acquired taste. When whipped with mascarpone into a mousse, however, everybody likes it. This is a distinctive appetizer you’ll be craving later!

Fresh vegetables, such as celery, cucumbers, tiny tomatoes, carrots and/or bell pepper strips, for dipping
Crackers or pita chips, optional for dipping
Chopped fresh parsley, to sprinkle on top
Add ½ Jones Dairy Farm Braunschweiger Liverwurst Chub and mascarpone to a bowl. Using a handheld mixer, blend on medium speed until light and fluffy, about 3 to 5 minutes.
Spoon mousse onto a serving platter. Arrange vegetables and optional crackers/pita chips around the mousse. Sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
