Directions
Add ½ Jones Dairy Farm Braunschweiger Liverwurst Chub and mascarpone to a bowl. Using a handheld mixer, blend on medium speed until light and fluffy, about 3 to 5 minutes.
Spoon mousse onto a serving platter. Arrange vegetables and optional crackers/pita chips around the mousse. Sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
