Preheat pan on medium heat. Heat for 3 to 4 minutes, turning frequently for even browning.

Preheat oven to 350°F. Place uncured ham steak on a parchment lined sheet tray and loosely tent the tray with aluminum foil. Place the tray into the preheated oven for 4 minutes. Carefully remove the tray from the oven and check for internal doneness.

Storage

For best quality cover tightly after opening, use within 7 days. If freezing, keep frozen for no more than 3 months. Thaw under refrigeration.
