Peanut butter and chocolate fans will love these pop-able pretzel snacks. Place these delicious beauties in a seasonal cookie tin to make the perfect gift.

This recipe is made with Jones Dry Aged Bacon.

8 oz CW Bacon
ingredients
1 cup creamy peanut butter
3/4 cup powdered sugar
 3/4 cup brown sugar
 2 tablespoons butter, softened
1 bag mini pretzels
10 strips Jones Dairy Farm Dry Aged Bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 bag semi-sweet chocolate chips
DIRECTIONS
Using electric mixer, combine peanut butter, sugars and butter in large bowl until well mixed and easy to roll into balls without being sticky. Add additional sugar as needed to get desired consistency, adding 2 tablespoons at a time.

Using a teaspoon, form a small ball and place between two pretzels, press firmly so pretzels stick into mixture but not hard enough to push mixture out. Repeat process until all mixture is used.

Place onto sheet pan and freeze for 20-30 minutes. Remove from freezer.

Place crumbled bacon in small, shallow bowl.

Melt chocolate in microwave for 1 minute, stirring half way though. Watch closely to ensure chocolate doesn’t burn.

Dip each pretzel halfway into melted chocolate and immediately dip into bacon. Place completed stackers on sheet pan lined with wax paper. Place in freezer for 15 minutes to allow chocolate to set. Remove from freezer and enjoy!

Note:

Stackers can be stored in airtight containers in fridge for up to 1 month.
