ingredients

For the ​Dressing:

1/2 cup fresh blackberries, mashed
2 tablespoon aged balsamic vinegar
1 teaspoon olive oil
Kosher salt and pepper, to taste
  

For the ​Salad:

2 teaspoons olive oil
1 cup Jones Dairy Farm Ham Steaks, diced small
1 pound baby arugula
1 cup fresh blackberries
3/4 cup crumbled blue cheese
DIRECTIONS

For the ​Dressing:

In blender or small bowl add berries, vinegar, olive oil, kosher salt and pepper. Blend until smooth.

For the ​Salad:

In small skillet heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Once hot add ham and spread to one layer. Sauté until all sides of ham is crispy and caramelized. Remove from pan and let cool.

In large bowl add arugula, blackberries, blue cheese and cooled crispy ham. Toss to combine and drizzle with desired amount of dressing.
