The incredible flavors in this turkey sausage and veggie pizza are totally worth firing up the grill, but a large cast iron grill pan will work fine too.

ingredients
4 Jones Dairy Farm All Natural Breakfast Turkey Sausage Little Links
1/4 small zucchini
1/4 green bell pepper
1/4 red bell pepper
1/4 yellow bell pepper
1/4 red onion
2 pre-made pizza crusts
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
2 large eggs

DIRECTIONS
Preheat grill to medium high heat.

Add sausage, zucchini, bell peppers and onions to grill. Grill until the vegetables are soft and sausage is fully cooked, about 10 minutes. Once cooked remove from grill and slice.

Add precooked pizza crusts to grill and baste lightly with olive oil and sprinkle with garlic powder. Warm the crusts, top each one with 1/4 cup cheese, vegetables, sausage and remaining cheese and carefully crack one egg onto the middle of each pizza. Close lid of grill and let cheese melt and egg cook about 5 minutes. If egg has not fully cooked after 5 minutes, move the pizzas to the top grill rack to cook some more without fear of burning the bottom.
