Sliders are perfect for the big game—or any party for that matter. Fully cooked, all-natural Jones Sausage Patties make them quick and easy to prepare.

This recipe is made with Jones Golden Brown® Mild Patties.

ANGB Pork Patty 7 oz
ingredients
1 tablespoon butter
1/4 cup green pepper, chopped
1/4 cup yellow onion, diced
3 large eggs
2 tablespoons milk
4 Jones Dairy Farm All Natural Golden Brown® Breakfast Sausage Patties
1/2 jalapeno, seeded and diced
1/2 cup spinach, chopped
4 slices colby jack or sharp cheddar cheese
4 mini slider buns*, sliced
3 tablespoons apricot preserves
2 tablespoons dijon mustard

*Use preferred slider buns: pretzel, Hawaiian sweet rolls, dinner rolls, etc.
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 375˚F.

Over medium high heat, melt butter in small skillet. Add green pepper and onion and sauté for 2-3 minutes. Remove from heat.

Crack eggs into small bowl, add milk and scramble.

Using two jumbo muffin pans, place sausage patties into muffin cups. Spray 4 additional muffin cups with non-stick spray and divide scrambled eggs into sprayed cups. Add sautéed green pepper and onion mixture, jalapeno and spinach into egg cups.

Bake for 8-10 minutes. Remove from oven, flip sausages over and place a cheese slice on top of each sausage patty. Spray tops of scrambled eggs with non-stick spray, then flip over. Place slider buns in remaining 4 muffin cups. Return to oven and bake an additional 4-6 minutes, or until eggs are set.

Mix preserves and mustard in small bowl, spread on bottom of each slider bun. Add one sausage patty and egg cup to each bun. Sprinkle eggs with salt and pepper and top with additional fresh spinach if desired.
