Don’t be intimidated: these savory soufflés are easier than they look. Trust us, your bravery will pay off when you slice into these pillows of ham and cheese.

This recipe is made with Jones Ham Slices.

8 oz Ham Slices
ingredients
1 1/2 cups ham slices, chopped 
1/3 cup onions, chopped
1/2 teaspoon garlic, chopped 
1 cup colby jack cheese, shredded 
1/4 cup parmesan cheese, shredded 
6 eggs
1/2 cup whipping cream 
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard 
1/2 teaspoon pepper 
1 Tablespoon all purpose flour
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray non-stick cooking spray in 8 x 8 pan. 

In small frying pan, brown ham and onions. Add garlic and combine. Spread mixture in bottom of prepared pan. 

In large bowl, combine both cheeses, then, spread over mixture in pan. 

In medium bowl, whisk eggs, whipping cream, mustard and pepper. Add flour and combine. Pour over cheese mixture. 

Bake uncovered for 30 minutes or until inserted knife comes out clean. Broil on low for 2-3 minutes to get an extra golden brown color on top. Let stand for 10 minutes before cutting.
