Enjoy this delicious meat lover’s pizza on the go!

This recipe is made with Jones Canadian Bacon.

ingredients
1 13.8 ounce tube refrigerated pizza crust
1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
3/4 teaspoon garlic salt
1 tablespoon chopped fresh basil
1 package mini pepperoni slices
8 slices Jones Dairy Farm Canadian Bacon, cut into fourths  
8 Jones Dairy Farm Mild Pork Sausage Links, sliced into thick coins
1 8 ounce Jones Dairy Farm Ham Steak, cubed   
1 cup shredded Mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 cup prepared pizza sauce
DIRECTIONS
Soak 10 bamboo skewers in warm water 30 minutes or use metal skewers.

Preheat oven to 400°F. Cover baking sheet with aluminum foil. Spray foil with cooking spray.

Unroll pizza dough onto lightly floured countertop. Mix melted butter, garlic salt and basil. Brush dough lightly with mixture. 

Cut dough, lengthwise, into 1-inch wide strips.

Thread meats onto skewer. Leave space between ingredients for pizza dough to be weaved. 

Starting at one end of dough strip, pierce dough with pointed end of skewer. Spiral-wrap dough strip around skewered ingredients. Allow meats to peak through. Wrap end of dough strip around bottom of skewer to fasten. Press dough together on each end to stick on skewer.

Place skewers on baking sheet. Brush tops with garlic basil butter mixture. Bake 10-12 minutes or until pizza dough is light golden brown.

Remove from oven. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese. Allow cheese to melt (place back in hot oven if necessary). Serve with pizza sauce.
