Made with flaky biscuits and all-natural sausage patties, each of these tiny sliders are finished with a fried egg and lots of gravy. 

This recipe is made with Jones Golden Brown® Maple Patties.

ANGB Maple Patty Sandwich Size 2
ingredients

For the Gravy:

1/4 cup unsalted butter
1/4 cup all purpose flour
3 cups skim milk
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon dried rosemary
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1 teaspoon salt, or to taste


For the Breakfast Sliders:

6 large eggs
1 (7 oz) package Jones Dairy Farm All Natural Golden Brown® Breakfast Sausage Patties
1 (16.3 oz) package refrigerated biscuits, prepared according to package directions
 
DIRECTIONS

For the Gravy:

In saucepan, melt butter over medium to medium-high heat. Once melted, whisk in flour and cook, whisking constantly, for about 1 minute. Slowly add milk to saucepan, whisking constantly. Stir in pepper, garlic powder, rosemary, thyme and salt.

Bring gravy to a simmer and simmer for 2-3 minutes, whisking regularly, or until desired thickness is reached. Taste and re-season if necessary.


For the Breakfast Sliders:

Preheat oven to 350˚F and grease a muffin tin with nonstick cooking spray. Crack one egg into each muffin slot and season with salt and pepper. Bake for 15 minutes, or until desired doneness is reached.

Cook sausage according to package directions.

Cut biscuits in half. Top bottom half with sausage patty, then egg. Pour over desired amount of gravy. Top with other half of biscuit. Serve and enjoy!
