In this open-faced breakfast sandwich recipe, hash browns are topped with chicken sausage, veggies, blue cheese and buffalo sauce. Serve them for brinner!

This recipe is made with ​Jones Golden Brown® Pork Patties.

Sandwich Chicken Patty 5 oz
ingredients
4 frozen hash brown patties
1 (5-7 oz) package Jones Dairy Farm All Natural Golden Brown Breakfast Sausage Patties
1 large carrot, julienned
2 large stalks celery, julienned
1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese
1/4 cup sriracha mayo
DIRECTIONS
Bake hash browns per package directions until browned and crispy.

While hash browns bake, heat sausage over medium heat until warmed through, about 8 minutes.

Place one sausage patty on top of each hash brown. Top with carrots, celery, and blue cheese. Drizzle with sriracha mayo. Serve immediately.
