The hot dog is taken to another level, stuffed with cheese and wrapped in tasty bacon.

This recipe is made with Jones Dry Aged Bacon.

ingredients
6 large all-beef or turkey hotdogs 
12 slices Jones Dairy Farm No Sugar Bacon 
2 slices cheddar or American cheese 
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder 
1/2 teaspoon onion powder 
Salt 
Pepper 
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 400° F. Cover large cookie sheet with tinfoil. Add wire rack. 

Cut length-wise slits in hotdogs. Slice cheese into 1/4 inch strips. Stuff into hotdogs. 

Starting at one end, tightly wrap one slice of bacon around hotdog. Wrap entire hotdog in bacon. Slightly overlap end of first slice of bacon with another slice. 

To hold bacon in place, poke toothpicks through each side of bacon and hotdog. 
Repeat process with all hotdogs. 

Season hotdogs with garlic, onion powder, salt and pepper. Set bacon-wrapped hotdogs on wire rack. 

Bake 35-40 minutes, or until bacon is crispy. If desired, broil 3-5 minutes for extra crispiness. 

Serve with favorite condiments like ketchup or mustard!
