Hash browns make an excellent crust for this brinner pizza. Topped with scrambled eggs, ham and cheddar cheese, this satisfying pizza is great all day long.

This recipe is made with Jones Ham Slices.

8 oz Ham Slices
ingredients
3 cups fresh hash browns
2 tablespoons olive oil
Kosher salt and pepper
1/4 cup marinara sauce
2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
1 cup scrambled eggs
1 cup Jones Dairy Farm Ham Slices, chopped or sliced
1/3 cup green onions, chopped, divided
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 425˚F. Line baking sheet with parchment paper or silpat liner.

Lay out hash browns on baking sheet and shape into crust. Drizzle with olive oil and bake for 20 minutes or until hash browns have started to brown around edges.

Remove from oven and top with marinara sauce, 1 cup cheese, scrambled eggs, ham, half green onions and remaining cheese.

Bake for 10-15 minutes or until cheese is fully melted on top. Remove from oven and sprinkle with remaining green onions.
